St. Pius X - any insight?

Hello,

Looking for any feedback on the school, and or administration. The principal is fairly new and wanted to know why they changed.

The principal just retired. No issue there butttt when she left a lot of teachers left in the same year. Now there are a lot of new teachers and new administration. They added a dean for the middle school. A lot of the new teachers are not a good fit.

I’m having a difficult time here

We’re a mixed raced family and it’s been a rocky road in the pass couple of months.

The principal is dismissive and defensive.

Although the curriculum has a lot of subject areas, I don’t find the core academics to be challenging or advanced.

Also, they class sizes are well into the mid 20s

I’m looking into a new school next year

What does “not a good fit” mean regarding new teachers?

What specific behaviors were “dismissive and defensive?”

What about the “toad” was “rocky” and how specifically was it attributable to being a mixed race family?

“Road” not “toad.”
