| Sometimes the website will tell you. Otherwise, just show up on the weekend or super early or at night during the week and see what happens. Alexandria city is open to the public. I use it on the weekends and during the summers. When traveling I check a website or just show up and see what happens. I never hop a fence. |

| You cannot be on school grounds during the school day. Track is part of the grounds. |

You can only outside of school hours (which includes after school sports practices) so no OP not during the day. |
