| How often do you still remind your kids to go to the bathroom? |
| Just before a long car trip. |
| Mine will sometimes wait until the last minute and doesn’t want to stop what he’s doing to go, so once in a while I do ask if he needs to. |
| All the time. |
+1. This is the only time for us. |
| Just when we are going to be out for a long time, not all that often. (Kindergarten girl). My niece is a year older and my brother and sister in law remind constantly, it’s a little odd but I figured she must have accidents. At some point this does become a natural consequences lesson… |

A lot, because my kid still has accidents because she doesn't go when she needs to. Not like toilet training accidents where she doesn't realize she needs to go, but the kind of accident where she knows she needs to go but puts it off and puts it off and then has an accident on the way to the toilet or even on the floor right next to it.
We think it might be a sign of ADHD. |
| Has anyone’s child had an accident at school? Did they call you when it happened? |
| Mainly only if we are going to be somewhere where it will be difficult to use a bathroom. |
This is my kinder girl too. Typically when she is engrossed in something she enjoys doing and then she pees a little and has wet undies or accidents right next to the toilet. We've been trying to remind her to go as soon as he feels the urge--that she can always come back to whatever she was doing. Her older bro is ADHD, but, he never had this issue. Time will tell. |
| Our son is seven and we bring him to pee when we go to bed. Around 11-12. If we don’t he’ll pee the bed. |
Most schools will have some extra clothes on hand or you could send some for just in case of an emergency. |
Happened several times during kindergarten and first grade, but teachers are understanding and helpful. |
