I am new to DC and understand there is a new HS. Is this open to anyone within the district via lotto? Is there a strong chance of getting a seat with the lotto? We live on hill with middle school kids and our inbounds is not an option.
In a few years this school will be sought after as much as Jackson. |

| The new high school is McArthur. This is its first year so no one knows what the lottery chances are as they are likely to change year to year as the school grows. One downside that may keep it more open, there are no good transportation options at the moment. |
