VGA scaled reading 1849 (504 mtg. prep)

Can someone help me interpret what this means? DS's 504 meeting is coming up and I just want to understand the data more. (for additional context, he's in 6th grade, has ADHD, and is failing his reading class).

According to my 6th graders charter scores of 1663 and above are considered well prepared.. so that sounds like he knows the content. Do they have trouble with turning in or completing work?

Yes and he is abysmal at following instructions given to the whole class (he does great if you are right there telling him what to do).
