Tell me about your kid's experience at Douglas MacArthur

Specifically K would be great. How did they do? What were class sizes? Anything worth knowing? DC will be in K in the Fall and just trying to prepare.

MacArthur:

Reading proficiency: 73%
Math proficiency: 70%

Of course those are quite a bit lower for the economically disadvantaged kids:

Reading: 52%
Math: 50%

But performing way better than George Mason (but GM is one of the worst schools in ACPS), Barrett, Brooks, Cora Kelly.

No official reports of violence. Again, very different from Barrett and Brooks.
