Any ideas/recipes that use canned salmon?

Salmon cakes. Actually, that’s the ONLY recipe that I’m aware of that uses canned salmon. I usually add capers and dill to the mix.

+1 to salmon cakes, but also:
Salmon chowder
Mix it up like tuna salad and make sandwiches
Bowtie pasta with cream sauce, peas, and salmon
Mix with cream cheese and chopped green onions for an awesome cracker spread
Salmon burgers with lemon-dill sauce

The salmon chowder and the cream cheese spread sound like they would be really good with canned smoked salmon. I’m definitely going to try them. Thanks PP.
