Super dull lumbar back pain, what was it?

If you’ve had super dull lumber back pain and saw a doctor about it, what did it turn out to be?
I’ve had this since being pregnant with my first kid. I do yoga in a studio daily which helps a lot but it’s always there. I haven’t gone the route of doctors yet and not really sure where to begin or what they would do to treat it. It’s a dull ache at bottom lumbar spine above tailbone. Lying down is bothersome. Standing for long periods of time is also not great for this. Weight training really bothers is so needs to be avoided.

Sounds a trip to the chiropractor to align your low back and pelvis would solve your problem. It is painless to have done and usually only takes a 30min appt to do so. Cash patients usually have to pay $50 in the DMV area, which I have found to be cheaper than if I allow them to bill my insurance.

maybe sciatic? I got it with my pregnancies. Try accupunture, heat and ice therapy.
