Anyone lives or knows someone who lives in a house or townhouse that has access to the Belmont Country Club amenities (Ashburn)?
I am wondering if it’s worth the price tag?

I don't live there but we're frequent visitors. The pools are very nice and we've visited a great playground within the community too. It's gated, if that's something you're interested in.

I have friends who live there. It’s great if you want a “Pleasantville” community with amenities like golfing and pools. It’s super gated and secure but some people like that. It’s full of typically high-end earners, so expect to meet many C-level neighbors.

It’s nice. Just not my cup of tea.

The houses are all 1-2M so I doubt it’s all high income executives to be honest.

Is this satire? The houses top out at like 1.8M and start at like 750k. There are marketing managers at my company that live here.

Be aware that there are portions outside the gate too. They have access to the community amenities but are zoned for different (and in my opinion better) schools.
