Not DCUM psychic but I would stop focusing on it; you don’t have control over whether you will find a new best friend, really. Just live your life, and take good care of yourself - whatever that means. If friendship is important to you, put yourself in situations where you might connect with others.

It's not going to work out at his top choice. But don't worry; he'll be very happier where he attends.
