Day camps with swim lessons near Capitol Hill or with bus transportation

I’m trying to find a day camp that can accommodate my 4 and 6 year olds, that has swim lessons and is near Capitol Hill or has bus transportation (as some of the VA camps do). We are waitlisted for Burgundy Farms. My 6 year old is registered for Summer at Potomac but apparently they discontinued swim time for their general day camp! St. James in Springfield could be an option for next summer, but our 4 year old is too young for their full-day program.

Is this true? Considering for my 5 year old, but a huge draw for us is the daily swim time.
