how did it affect your weight lifting routine? are you avoiding lifting elbow above shoulder completely?
pain in my left shoulder, i'm doing some PT exercises at home and have stopped lifting for about 3 months. hard to say what caused it other than age (i'm 41/she/her). i had been doing free weights for about a year and a half, and using 15s for upper body. that didn't seem like a lot. shoulder feels much better now but i'm scared to reinflame it.

I did what you did but it got worse so I got an MRI and discovered it was a tear and needed surgery. Don't mess around with your shoulders. Get it checked out and get a recommendation from an orthopedist.
