Miami meal

I want to have a Florida meal for family coming from Maine to visit. I won't cook because I am a baker and not a cook. I will make Key lime pie and tres leches for dessert. For meal, would you get Argentine with something like empanadas and then maybe milanesa and rice, or Jamaican and have braised oxtail and a goat curry and rice, or Peruvian and do ceviche and then lomo saltado? I can get all of these options from local restaurants. And for drinks, would you just do a local beer and margaritas? If none of these, any suggestions?
