Condoms. I'm done having children and considered Mirena and the pill. But I was on the pill for more then 10 years already. I feel like maybe less hormons would be a good idea for a while. And with two kids and two jobs we just plain have less sex then we did before - too busy, too tired -- so I'd rather not have my contraception be an "everyday" thing.

Condoms right now, but I really want an IUD. I'd have liked Mirena but I'm still a little unstable hormone wise thanks to EBF, and I'd rather not risk the side effects sending me back to Moody Depressed Lady Land.

NuvaRing user. My DH can feel it though, as it could feel the strings when I had a Paragard. I told him he just needs to get a vasectomy if he's gonna be so damn picky about MY birth control. He is finally considering it, even if just a little bit.

I'm going to the GYN next wk to discuss this. I wanted to get my tubes tied but hate anything done laparoscopically, so that may be out. Want to avoid hormones. Considering Essure. Currently, abstinence as he won't even consider a vasectomy.

Oh, I wish DH would agree to a vasectomy!! I've had two C-Sections and don't want to deal with getting my tubes tied. Right now we're using condoms.
