| It looks like Cuccinelli has intentionally put VA at odds with the Bolton decision (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/08/02/virginia-immigration-status-check-ruling_n_667480.html). Is he trying to hasten the appeal? |

| It sounds like political grandstanding. I'm sure he wants in on the fun, and this is a lot easier than getting his party to put a law on the books. |
