The Bakery for coffee, breakfast, quick lunch.
Runa bistro for fancier dinner. B-side is a cute diner. Lemon Squeeze has live piano music (check the days). Ipho for Vietnamese. Lola’s cafe for salads and sandwiches. (My kid went to New Paltz) |

| Pricey and more for the atmosphere (or hiking if you want to spend a day there) you can get dinner at Mohonk Mountain House. |

| My husband went to new paltz and always talks about the soup and a slab (chunk of good bread, I think) from main st bistro. |

I agree with the Bistro.
I was back at the Bakery recently and think it's gone downhill -the selection wasn't great. Maybe it was just an off day. |
