Shoulder muscle relaxant

Anonymous
Hi, I have been having issues with my shoulder muscles and despite yoga, stretching and massages now my left side shoulder/neck/ and to the back blade is all stiff and very uncomfortable. No pain, but discomfort. I will try to see a dot early in the week, but what can help relax muscles that is available OTC?

Have you tried rolling a tennis ball against the wall with your shoulder pressing on the tennis ball?

Arnica gel, tiger balm, and if you’re OK with it CBD oil/lotion

Tried that, tried bar front -ivrr head-back. Nice relief whole doing it, but the muscle is just clinched.

keep doing in, with ibuprofen. the other thing that helps is PT exercises to help all of the muscles calm down.
