Bishop O'Connell decisions?

Their website does not give a date as to when admissions decisions are going to be released. Any insight?

Expecting an email after 3pm today. They said today and in last years that’s how it’s been.

Is it hard to get into?

Easier for some. Harder for others.

Catholics from parish schools that regularly supply students are at the front of the line along with those with special skills (e.g., athletic prowess) or other attributes the school is interested in.

At the other end of the desirability scale are weaker students, non-Catholics, public schoolers, those needing significant financial aid, those that might not strong recommendations because of problems, those with parents the school may not want to deal with for four years, etc.

The more positive attributes boxes you check, the higher your odds.

The more negative boxes you check, the lower your odds.

Email today but nothing has come yet.

Their IG and FB have a video of the mascot with a USPS box indicating mail is going out today.

It's been a great experience for DD -- and she's now headed to a (very reach) T50 college. All good.

They were as supportive of my child with a learning disability as they were of my child who wound up at a college with an 8% acceptance rate. Love that place. Welcome!!
