If you tried Pelvic Floor PT for SUI and or OAB -- how long did it take to work?

If you tried pelvic floor therapy, did it actually work? How long is this supposed to take? It's quite invasive and expensive and I'm just not sure I can handle what seems to be an hour-long gyn exam every week.

I found a pelvic floor therapist covered by insurance at Shady Grove rehab. And yes it worked for me. I think I started seeing improvement after about three weeks with 1 session per week. I think I did about three months total of once per week.

I did it. Didn't work for me but it was not a big deal after a while. They aren't staring at you - you are covered.

This is what I use at home: https://elitone.com/

Much more convenient than PT

Its just kegels which you can do on your own.
