| If you tried pelvic floor therapy, did it actually work? How long is this supposed to take? It's quite invasive and expensive and I'm just not sure I can handle what seems to be an hour-long gyn exam every week. |
| I found a pelvic floor therapist covered by insurance at Shady Grove rehab. And yes it worked for me. I think I started seeing improvement after about three weeks with 1 session per week. I think I did about three months total of once per week. |

I did it. Didn't work for me but it was not a big deal after a while. They aren't staring at you - you are covered.
