I’ve been using Home Chef almost every week for the last 11 months. Over the summer, I had a shipment arrive a day late. The ice packs had melted and none of the food was cold. I called their customer support and they issued a refund for the entire box. One other time, I ordered several meals and the protein for one of them was missing. They refunded the cost of that whole meal. Overall, they rarely have issues with missing ingredients. More often, they forget to include the recipe card, but the recipes are all available online. I think every meal delivery service is going to have some hiccups.
