Hello!
If anyone has requested FMLA and got approved, or if you work in HR, kindlu let me know what potential paperwork I would need to request it?
Do I need to show a medical certification explaining the need for me to be off from work? I want to pursue fertility treatment abroad but will need to take time off to be able to do so (not allowed to work remotely from abroad)

You will need a medical certification but infertility is not something that is generally covered under FMLA.
