Alexandria and Arlington Private elementary

Currently live in DC and looking to move in a year for more space. We don’t want a bad commute so looking to live in Arlington or Alexandria. One of us works for DoD so VA is preferred even though we know Montgomery county has great public options.

Looking for recs on the best private options for elementary in these areas. We are not Catholic but completely fine with Catholic schools.

Schools with after care options are a must.

Most schools will have aftercare so that shouldn't be too difficult. I'm not too sure what's in Arlington but in/around Alexandria you have:

Grace Episcopal in Alexandria (PK-5) is a gem.

You should also include Immanuel Lutheran in your consideration - it is a classical education so not for everyone but people who go there really like it.
