Symptoms during 2WW after natural cycle IVF

Anonymous
Did you feel any symptoms after ET in your natural cycle IVF? Anything - cramps, mood swings, cravings? How soon? And did you end up pregnant or not? Thanks!

I had some cramping for the first couple of days post ET then nothing until 8 dpt, brown spotting, really sore boobs, and beyond emotional!

Cramps (1-3 dpt), nausea, hunger (from 4 dpt)

I had very slight cramping 3 days after the 5dt. Right around the time that AF was due (day before), I started having back cramps, so I figured that AF was on its way. Turned out to be pregnant though.

OP here. Thank you to everyone who responded. I am going out of my mind - I had light cramping first, now I am bloated, have a back pain. The period is not due till Sunday, but I have all of my usual symptoms, which are of course discouraging.

Try not to worry yet. 17:08 here. I was pretty depressed b/c of all of my PMS symptoms, and I was *positive* that it had failed. Even told DH that it had not worked. I tried a HPT 9 days after the 5dt, and saw a very faint line. Was very surprised when it got darker each day, and it turned out to be a BFP. The early pregnancy symptoms really do mimic PMS, so it's impossible to tell.

Thank you, PP, for words of encouragement . I will try to stay positive although as you know it's quite a challenge especially with all the hormones and so familiar PMS symptoms raging in your body. Congratulations on your pregnancy! How far along are you now?

I'm 4 days post ET from natural cycle IVF and I don't have any symptoms, does it mean it didn't work?? I'm getting really discouraged.

PP, no symptoms doesn't mean that your IVF didn't work. I read tons of stories when women had no symptoms and they were pregnant (happened to me with my previous pregnancy although it was a natural conception). I am 5 days post ET and have my usual PMS symtpoms, which worries me quite a bit. Do you ordinarily experience PMS?

The progesterone can cause cramping, moodiness, sore breasts, etc. When you're taking that, there is usually no way to tell until you test.

I've been using progesterone suppositories since the day of the egg retrieval, which was 5 days before the transfer and I didn't have any cramping or moodiness.

I did NCIVF last April and I didn't have any symptoms post ET and I usually have PMS starting 4-5 days prior to my period, exactly 10 days post ET I had every pregnancy symptom from morning sickness to bloating and that cycle ended in a BFN!!! My next NCIVF felt different at every step and I got a BFP so my point IS...IT's impossible to read all the signs our bodies give us you just have to wait it out regardless of the type of cycle you did.

OK, I am finally convinced to stop trying to decipher my symptoms and just wait for my HPT and then the blood test. This whole process made me so paranoic.
