| This is so lazy, but I think there is nothing better than grilled chicken thighs marinated in teriyaki sauce. Soy Vey is a good store-bought one, or you can make a sauce with soy, honey, ginger, and garlic. |

I use this for chicken breast, thighs and steak.
Juice of 6-8 limes, 1/2 an onion, 1 bunch or cilantro, 5-8 cloves of garlic (depending on the size of the cloves) salt pepper and cumin (1 TA), olive oil Throw everything in the blender, put in a ziplock with the meat an marinade overnight. Really good, also for meat other than the thighs it makes a great base for chicken or steak tacos |
