| Barely have moved. Sat on the couch, scrolling on my phone and eating and watching TV. I’ve showered and done some laundry but that’s about it. It sounds nice I know but I just feel like it was a waste of my time when I could’ve been productive and exercised and didn’t eat crap. How do you pull yourself out of these ruts? |
| Give yourself grace. You can exercise and not eat crap tomorrow or Sunday. Maybe get out and go for a walk. Meet up with a friend. Good luck. |

I've had a similar week, OP, and reading your post actually roused me to get up and do a 10 minute workout video, take a shower, and make a salad for dinner.
Sometimes you just need a jump start. Thanks for giving me mine. |

| Drink a lot of water, try to eat a fruit or vegetable, go for a short walk, have a shower, and make a plan for tomorrow remembering that it is a new day. |
