Self defense class for 10 yo?

Looking for a one-time or short series class for 10 yo DD on awareness and noticing odd situations, deflecting bullies, running away, physical defense if needed. Not interested in a recurring martial arts class, but more of a street sense class.
Does anything like this exist? We're in Fairfax. |
