Which Burberry Trench to buy?

Which one should I buy if I am looking to have it forever? I think the longer length is more classic. Thoughts? I am 5 months of that matters.

| I'm interested in this too. I really want one with a removable wool/warm lining so that I could wear it most of the year. Do they still make those? I'm not sure what to look for. |

I have the mid-length trench and prefer that look. I guess it's probably better with pants than skirts. Maybe you want the longer one if you wear alot of skirts.
I also have the cashmere liner, which was a separate purchase. You have to bring the trench in, and their tailor installs the buttons in the trench (at no additional cost). |
