Solar shields for windshield. Preferred style?

I’ve seen
-attached style that expands like pleated blinds
-the folded kind
-the one with spring action - made of two halves
-one that is on exterior of car - made of quilted material (probably only for when parked in a driveway?)

They all seem like hassles but I think I could use 10 to 20 degree cooler when getting in car
