What genres does she like?

Colleen Hoover is super popular with that age group.

That’s the perfect age for “The Secret History.”

(Unless she’s read it already; it’s become quite popular again with teenagers!)

Oh I like this idea since I discovered it at her age.

I dont know Coleen Verity but will check out her books.

Keep the good recs coming!

I'd take the "teen" out of it and buy her regular adult books.

Yours Truly - Abby Jimenez
Red White & Royal Blue - Casey McQuiston
Things We Never Got Over - Lucy Score

I have such a soft sport for Red, White, & Royal Blue. Loved it. Good movie, too.

Thank you from the OP! I am going with The Secret History and the Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo (I’ve read both and liked a lit - I loved The Secret History when I was her age) and a gift card to Amazon with a list of the other suggestions I think she will really enjoy.
