What animal(s) would be large enough for this to happen?

I'm writing a book and I want my character, a grown man, to be swallowed by a female animal and escape through her genitals. My question is very specific so it's been hard to find an answer through a google search. Thank you!

I think size is only part of your problem here. The digestive and reproductive systems are separate for most creatures. A mutant giant chicken could work - their cloaca is double-duty.

Well, given how preposterous the whole thing is in the first place, I wouldn't worry too much about the animal being big enough. But if you are worried about it, the only animal that comes to mind is a bear.
