Return "home" for healthcare/elder care

Question to Chinese immigrants/first gen. Did you/your parents return to China for better healthcare/elder care after a successful career in the US?

We are Indian and want to see how it may have worked out for Chinese immigrants given that China is 2-3 decades ahead of India on the growth curve. Our parents recently immigrated to the US and navigating healthcare/elder care for them is a nightmare (They had Obamacare for a while and now on Medicaid). Everything takes weeks and the care itself is not that great. Wonder if things will be as bad or worse when we get to their age in the next 2 decades and we may be better off finding such facilities/care in India..
