Wowsers.
They have a DL, which by design have moderation powers, and they have rules against using it, yet they don't use the moderation tool.

Still, Reply All is worse than the initial email. A bad email should be met with a complaint to the authority.
Otherwise the DL turns into scum, as nobody wants that.

The complaint is that insubordination is tolerated but only for non-Palestinian-liberation messages.
