Scratches

I scratched the crap out of my car because I’m an idiot and I was trying to get the snow off with a shovel. Lesson learned.

Most of the scratches are shallow but there are a few spots that are deeper. They are on three different sections of the car.

How much would it cost to fix this properly?

Do I need to fix it properly if I’m planning to keep driving the car for years? I don’t care how they look.

My DH got a scrap on the back side bumper. He had it fixed at a body shop rather than take it to the dealer which cost a fraction. it looks fine, but I can tell it isn't factory. Doesn't matter in his case because he drives his cars for years.

Just take it to a body shop and say you just want to prevent rust and you don’t care about the aesthetics.

Can you see metal?

You are not the first. Just leave it alone if you don’t care how it looks
