Yeah, you pretty much have to already be a famous writer making a lot of money to do this.

Everyone famous does this in their field. It's called having a brand. Ghostwritten books, lawyers running a professional services firms, artists running a factory churning out pieces in their style..

Honestly it seems like a scam. Why would the seller want to sell something that generated that much passive income for only 5hrs of work per week? Plus the sales price seems so low compared to the stayed monthly income.
