Apple Watch rings

I’m trying to motivate myself to move more by wearing my Apple Watch. What do you set as your move and exercise goals and what do you usually achieve? I’m a 46 yo wfh mom of 2. Trying to figure out what’s reasonable

Good for you!!! I think an Exercise Goal of 30 mins is great w/a Stand Goal of, at least, 12 hours. As far as movement, if you are getting close to thee 30 minutes of exercise and all the step....say 450? 500? Good luck!!

My move is 1,000 cal, Exercise 60 minutes, stand 12 hours. I hit it basically every day unless I am sick.

So funny, those are mine as well.

I have mine at 30 min exercise, 12 hours stand, 450 calories. I don't always get the 450 calories, so I think it's a good goal for me.

I have mine at 500 calories, 30 minutes of exercise, and 10 standing hours. I lowered my standing hours because closing my rings earlier in the day is satisfying and gives me a little boost. I'm hoping to go up 50 calories every couple of weeks.

Are you a runner? The only time I hit 1000 calories was an intense boxing class and cutting the grass. Haha

Mine is 30 minutes exercise, 540 calories and 12 standing hours.

I try to close my exercise ring by doing an actual 30 minute workout rather than by like cleaning the house so I usually get closer to 60 minutes exercise.

No, I live on a farm. I’m a bit pudgy and haven’t been to a gym in a decade. My core fitness is very good though.
