4k material 3k labour for 7k for 1,200 sq ft of LVP floor for rental house.

I'm just starting a project now where I am replacing the carpets in 2 bedrooms with hardwood. Total of about 750 sq ft. Quote was for $5300 which includes moving the furniture, removing the carpet, and reinstalling baseboards (and fixing/replacing them if damaged)

What does "adding a floor mean"? Are you referring to an addition or a popup? Or are you referring to changing flooring material?

I was wondering this too - I thought OP was talking about adding on a second floor to a one story house, but all the answers are about flooring.
