I love steak but dislike sirloin. I would do a kiwi marinade to help tenderize it. If you dont want to grill, maybe a cast iron and butter recipe. Any veggies you have can be chopped up and quickly sauteed in the pan while the steak is resting.

I do like sirloin. Practically everything goes with it. You could do fajitas if you want to disguise/stretch it.
