Joined a gym and feeling sick and nauseous the first few days of walking/running on the treadmill. Do you think this is a normal reaction of getting back to working out after a long time?

Maybe you ate too close to your workout time? Or are dehydrated?

Just walking? What is your heart rate when you are on the tread? maybe move to the elliptical.

No. Not normal at all. Unless you were sprinting at Usain Bolt speed for a sustained time.

You shouldn’t be walking/running every day if you’re just starting out. Your body needs a day of rest between walks/runs. Alternate walki
G/running with lifting light weights or something less me yoga or Pilates. Probably gentle yoga since you’re starting to exercise. GL!
