recs for therapists or other treatment for 10 yo with misophonia, possibly SPD?

Just this our 10 yo started getting really upset during dinner at lots of different chewing noises, crunching chips. She really can't tolerate it. It's not getting worse but it isn't getting better. We're mostly just working around it, but I promised therapy of some sort in 2024 and here we are! "Misophonia" is not a diagnosis, apparently, so anyone experienced with SPD or anxiety and possibly OCD or ADHD might be helpful. I realize they're all different, it's just the misophonia that is blurry.

We live in DC, but over in NE. I saw some places out on the other side of town and don't relish the drive... but would do it. Otherwise, central or NE DC would work, as well as close in PG. And if we have to haul ourselves across town once a week I'm sure we'd be ok.

we spoke to her pediatrician and they have a referral but it's pretty general.
