sensitive skin. any advice would help!

I would get a prescription retinoid. OTC doesn't really do anything. I use tazorac around my eyes sandwiched between moisturizer layers. Won't help darkness, but it does help fine lines.

Try Sephora

Look into an eye brightener/corrector You can then look for a concealer for over that if needed--something like Touche eclat or the Elf brightening concealer believe it or not.

Tretinoin! I feel like the dad with windex in my big fat Greek wedding, but tretinoin truly is a miracle worker.

Tretinoin, defiitely, and a GOOD vitamin C serum. Keep in mind that the darkness under your eyes may not be age but genetics so no product will help with that. I have used TImeless, Sunday Reily, and Paula's Choice Vitamin C products and like Timeless best, but you'll need to try them out to see what works best for you. If you purchase from Sephora (maybe Ulta?) they will take back products that did not work for you. Once you get used to the tretinoin and vitamin C you can also incorporate an exfoliating peptide - Timeless makes a few really good ones.

I lnow the topic is dark circles but anyone got tips for puffiness under eyes? Sensitive skin, like OP, and though i use retinol products elsewhere i suspect theyd irritate under my eyes. I know about the "tightening" and "instant fix" products that pull puffy bags tight temporarily. I'm looking for more of a treatment than that--if one exists. Caffeine creams do nothing for my puffiness BTW. Help!

Were you recommending the timeless dark circle treatment or the vitamin c serum?
