Tesla bumper repair - Tesla vs body shop?

My Tesla (model 3) lease is up in a few months and I need to repair a bumper that I scratched up (backed into something).

I got a ridiculous quote from an authorized Tesla body shop and they are telling me they need to replace the whole bumper because there are a couple cracks in it.

I can’t seem to get an appointment at any Tesla locations that do bodywork for a few months, but am curious if they are known to be much cheaper vs. a body shop.

Has anyone explored both?
