What can I do in two weeks?

I’m a normal weight, 5’7” and 140, but athletic. I’m just feeling blah lately. I get like this every winter, I sort of don’t eat as well as I could, nor do I drink as much water as I should, and just feel bloated and gross.

I have two weeks before an important event. I know I can’t make a huge change, but can I accomplish anything in the way of debloating or feeling better, in just two weeks?

Take a sh!t ton of diuretics and lax. Eat no more than 1000 cal a day. Good luck.

No alcohol, no sugar, no bread or pasta, avoid salt. Drink a ton of water.

Eat mostly fruits and vegetables and some lean protein. No sugar. Water thought the day.

My DH went plant-based, no refined flour, no sugar, for 3 weeks and lost about 15 pounds (his goal is 30). He said he felt less bloated and his skin cleared up (often has itchy scalp and flareups of redness on his face).
