What can be done to fill deep 11’s?

Anonymous
I have deep 11’s even with a resting face. My face is basically “doughy” with deep ridges above my nose and horizontal lines in my forehead.

Anyone BTDT?

Anyone know the options?

I guess it’s more like fillers than Botox since the damage is done. But wouldn’t that prompt issues with hooded eyes?

Get Botox. It will work.

Botox tightens the muscle which lessens the appearance of the 11s. It’s why I do Botox. Botox is your friend here.

Botox. It will take several treatments but will work.

Botox definitely lessens even very strong 11s. But you may find it wears off much faster. It's not safe to do fillers in the forehead because it's highly vascular. However, if you do, you want to go to someone that uses cannula. That would be the only safe way to fill.

Will Botox work on deep 11s that are visible 24/7…even when resting?

My 11s don’t just appear when I squint or smile. They are there even when my face is completely flat. Since Botox makes your muscles essentially not move, I don’t see how that would actually make the 11s that are always visible disappear.

Anyone had this exact issue?

Try to live a less stressful life. Drink more water. Eat more healthy fats. Eat more fruits and veg and beans and less meats. Do yoga and 20 minutes of meditation. Learn to let things go! Botox will help but changing/improving your lifestyle is what really makes the difference.

Yes, go about halfway down the page and see the black woman with strong 11s gone at resting:

You can see lots of similar before / afters if you Google it. A good friend has very strong forehead and 11s. Botox relaxes the muscles completely- eliminating the lines.

Better to inject botulism into your face than listen to this hippie mumbo jumbo about healthy lifestyle…

Do not do fillers there. It’s not safe. Co2 laser and Botox.

Wrinkles come for us all, healthy lifestyle or not.

Botox relaxes the muscle, it will not remove etched lines from the skin. You’re now looking at a surgical fix if you want to get rid of them.

Yes. It took four ish treatments over the course of a year but they went away.
Your answer is Botox. Not sure why you don’t think it will work.
