PT and/or massage, manual therapy

So I've got problems in my neck, mid-back and both hips. PT tells me they're only allowed to work on one 'problem" area at a time due to insurance restricitions. They have to discharge me from one to start another.

1) If you've had this situation, is there a way to work around it?
2) Can you recommend a PT either person or place that can treat all together?
3) Manuarl therapy/massage/accupuncture - any recommendations?

Looking inside the Beltway: Arlington, Chevy Chase, downtown Bethesda, NW DC, McLean, but ok with Falls Church.

This place is awesome, was about $100 each time. They did neuromuscular massage, dry needing and gave me stretches to do at home.

^^ Also a PT place that doesn't shove you out asap.

^ adding on I had the same issue about them working on different areas when I was at orthoVA. I was going to have to get separate evaluation and orders for each body parts. It makes no sense since they’re all connected.

Who did you work with there? I'm a little nervous about chiropractics. Sounds like that's not a service you used?

Oh I don’t do chiropractics either. I was with Juhi Shukla. Look at the Google reviews and you can see an overwhelmingly positive experience, and most of the reviews talk about the practitioners they worked with.
