Or does it go until 8th grade like level 4?

Yes, only through elementary. In middle school there are honors level classes that are open enrollment.

Yes. I taught 8th grade honors classes to kids who were brilliant and kids who had failed the 7th grade sol and everything in between.

How does LIII help? At our school it is one hour a week pull out. There are about 25 kids in the group. I don’t see how it would help a child with mental health issues.

Is your child Principal placed in LLIV so they are in a different class and that helps your child? If that is the case you could have applied for LIV services in MS but the deadline has passed.

Math. 8th grade algebra honors to kids who didn’t pass the math 7 SOL. I wish I were kidding. Usually we could get them into regular algebra after 1st quarter, but admin was all about “giving kids the opportunity to rise to their potential” and telling me to stop fussing because “if they fail they can just take it again as freshmen”. Very very rarely did they drop to prealgebra.

My daughter is a level 2 for math. She pulled everyday and goes to the AAP class for math. We are at a center school.
