Does anyone know how many kids get cut? My DD wants to try out but is afraid of not succeeding. (Yes, I know the lesson is to teach her to fail) but I am also curious. She plays travel for her county team but has no prior AAU experience. We were told Vogues was competitive but a good entry point.

Depends how many girls try out. They usually field 2 competitive teams per grade level. About 12-14 players per team.

Is it too late to join them? DD has missed one of the tryout weekends.

At the younger ages, Vogues needs players. There are more popular clubs in the same area, so they take what they can get

It's not too late at all. All AAU teams recommend two tryouts, but only require one.

Do they take everyone? DD hasn't heard back but thought it was locked. What happens if she can't even make their team? Anything more low key for Spring?
