This is all so overblown. Margot didn't get nominated for best actress, but no men got nominated for it either, so it's hard to claim its sexism. And while Greta didn't get a best director nom, another woman did.
The Barbie movie was good but not great. It was a movie made by Mattel in order to promote and sell Barbies. You can't expect it to sweep the Oscars, which traditionally doesn't favor comedies. Also, it's actually hilarious that it appears that Ken will win in the end. |
