Are there any Ebook Apps that you can print from?

I need a book that is only available as an Ebook, unless I want to wait a month for it to ship.
Are they any Ebook apps that I can use to download the book and print certain sections? I did try an online search and it was not clear. Thanks. |

| If the book's still under copyright, it's considered a copyright violation to print it w/o permission. Thus most readers don't feature a print function. |
