Looking for both a dentist and physician in Silver Spring or downtown, DC

Can anyone recommend a good dentist and/or physician in either Silver Spring (where we live) or downtown DC (where we work).
We have BCBS. We've tried a couple physicians (one who relocated and one who kept my husband waiting over 2 hours for an early morning appointment). We'd like somewhere where we can regularly see the same doctor (not a large practice where you get cycled through) and where we won't have to take an entire day off work for an appointment. |

| where in downtown DC? I have a friend who's a dentist with offices in Logan Circle and Gallery Place area. (Look up John Tsaknis.) |

| OP here. Metro Center area of downtown, DC. Gallery Place/Farragut area is great too. |
