MAP-R (and -M) percentiles

Can anyone provide a link to this year's percentile equivalents?

(Context: DC is trying to qualify for humanities magnet lottery next year and wants to know if they are in range. Any thoughts on this year's lottery process / cutoffs that have not been expressed elsewhere also welcome.)

I think it’s the same link—they don’t change it year to year. But correct me if I’m wrong.

National percentiles change only every 5 years. The next one will come out in 2025, and likely will be based on national-scale data across several years prior to that, as is the case with the 2020 norms currently in place.

The local norms by FARMS-rate tranche that MCPS uses for magnet pool identification change from year to year based on the scores of students within our schools in that year. MCPS responded to a request for these from MCCPTA one year, but has not made them public since.

Your 5th grader is doing that?
Stop training your kid to be neurotic and competitive. The lottery thresholds are intentionally set to be below the level that makes the magnet a good fit, and then you're stuck in a lottery anyway.
